Volunteer Job Vacancy - Health and Safety Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen on the board of East Yorkshire’s heritage railway. The YWR is wholly volunteer run, and is based right in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds at Fimber.

We are looking for someone to join our small team where the role will include:

Preparing Risk Assessments & method statements

Training of staff on health and safety matters

Keeping the SMS updated

The successful candidate will be computer literate and have experience of operational safety under ORR and HRA guidelines.
