Waiting Room
The waiting room from Sledmere & Fimber station that was used as a cricket pavilion before being burnt down often crops up in conversation with locals, but I've yet to see a picture of the station with it on!

It was certainly from S&F, the only odd thing was that the Wetwang waiting room was from Bubwith. I have just noticed that on B Crowther's C.1968 photo the S&F waiting room is painted in the old green and cream livery whereas by the time I saw it in 1976 it was in BR(NE) style baby blue and white ! This is a bit of a revelation. Was the colour scheme just coincidence or did someone find tins of BR(NE) paint lying around perhaps in the warehouse ?
