I was given this picture last night by my cousin. My uncle would take it probably during the war & I expect it's at or near Driffield.
I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas of exactly where:
The picture is very small & it's difficult to pick out detail, but I think the loco number ends in 375.

Looks a little bit like the area between Bainton station and the former level crossing just ouside Middleton as the embankment, particularly just west of Bainton station, was quite low, judging by the height of the sawn off end in the middle of the fields.

The loco could be D49 'Hunt' Class no. 375 'The South Durham'.
