We have been contacted by Lesley (01482 898869) who is the exhibition organiser for the museum.
She read our press release on the model show in the Holderness Gazette and thought that we were actually a model club ourselves.
Hedon Museum (which is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays) has an upstairs room which they use for exhibitions in 3 month blocks - they are on a wide variety of subjects and are looking for someone to bring a model rail layout for August to October next year. The room is staffed by an attendant if no-one is there from the exhibitor.
If anyone is interested or knows anyone who maybe please contact Lesley direct, presumably YWR could also supply some static exhibits/publicity etc.

Sounds like a perfect task for Katy to approach all the contacts she has within the model railway world to see if anyone is interested in this and also get some of our leaflets down there.
