I came across this ad in 1970s railway directory, does anyone know anymore about this company?

The NYMR video shows that people need to be very careful what they do on the railway, as there is always the possibility that someone is watching! And it’s obviously much worse on the mainline, where there are people on bridges, in their houses, hiding behind trees etc!
