Also requiring test are the 2 concrete sleeper specialised lifting chains obtained by Skipper and are in the pway container on top of the bag containing chains.

The lifting chains have still not been sent for or had their Loler checks carried out, they ran out in December, and consequently the pway team and others cannot do any lifting or movement whatsoever with the chains. We have old rail to move from the platform area to tidy this area up before opening...

I have to agree , i think both marquees should come down and be stored. It blows a hooley up there in winter and lets face it we do not want to have to buy ANOTHER tent after the last one ripped itself to shreds during the winter.

Alan i did not see any post on the forum about last Saturday being a working day, had i seen one i would have joined you for the day. Should you need a sander i could bring one along until the railway bought one.
